Requesting Materials for the library
Each academic department has a liaison on the Browning Library
staff who works with the departmental faculty to develop collections
in that subject area. Your library liaison will be happy to discuss
the library's holdings in your area of interest with you.
In addition, each academic department on campus is allocated a
portion of the library collection development budget that may
be used to order library materials. Please fill out the
required form to request materials.
Orders submitted any other way will be returned.
Department chairs or their designees must sign orders before
they are sent to your library liaison.
Requestors will be notified when the material becomes available.
Monthly budget reports are sent to department chairs. Questions
on the status of an order may be directed to Carole
Williams x7715 or Deaun
Kimber (x7721) in the Library Acquisitions department.
