Instruction

Library instruction for distance classes and students is available in a variety of formats. If you are teaching or taking a class at the Hurricane or Kanab centers, a librarian can visit your class and offer guidance in the research process, utilizing research tools at a distance, and resources and services available for distance students.

If you are teaching or taking a class online, you may utilize the modules of ASC 1010, Introduction to Information Retrieval linked from the Library Home page under Information Literacy or the Internet Navigator course linked from the same location. In addition, instructors and librarians can develop specific tools and research guides to meet the needs of any class.
